Our auto glass repair is warranted to restore the strength of your windshield. If the repaired area cracks or enlarges simply call Premiere Auto Glass and we will give you or your insurance company credit of the cost of your repair towards a windshield replacement. Also, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the repair simply call Premiere Auto Glass and we will give you or your insurance company credit of the cost of the repair towards a windshield replacement.

Our auto glass replacements are warranted to be free of defective parts and workmanship. In the event of a problem simply call Premiere Auto Glass and we will repair or replace it at no charge.

Limited Warranty

Premiere Auto Glass, LLC warrants installaton of new automotve glass to be free from defects in material and workmanship upon delivery, subject to the Limited Warranty. Any problems caused by installaton error, such as wind and water leaks, loose moldings and some types of stress cracks, will at the opton of Premiere Auto Glass, LLC, be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. This Limited Warranty is valid for as long as you own your vehicle. To make a claim under this Limited Warranty, you must present this invoice as proof of repair or replacement by Premiere Auto Glass, LLC. This Limited Warranty does NOT cover leakage of stress cracks caused by preexistng rust, structural damage, or other damage caused by vandalism or impact with foreign objects. In the event that you request a repair of a rock chip you agree that the glass already damaged therefore Premiere Auto Glass shall not be responsible for breakage that occurs in atemptng such repairs.

Repair or replacement of your windshield as provided under this Limited Warranty is your exclusive remedy. This exclusive remedy will not be deemed to have failed of its essental purpose so long as Premiere Auto Glass, LLC is willing and able to repair or replace the automotve glass installed. This Limited Warranty is in lieu of all other warrantes expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, including without limitaton, warrantes of merchantability and ftness for partcular use. Premiere Auto Glass, LLC makes no warrantes of any kind and any repair or atempt to repair the automotve glass installed by anyone other than Premiere Auto Glass, LLC. Automatcally voids this Limited Warranty. Any oral or writen statement concerning the automotve glass installed inconsistent with this Limited Warranty shall be of no force or efect. For your convenience, if your check is dishonored or returned for any reason, this merchant will electronically debit your account for the amount of the check plus a processing fee of $25.00 (or legal limit) plus any applicable sales tax.
